About us. These terms apply to services from Vpsytek Ltd, company number 16458582, registered office 28 Druridge Drive, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE5 3LD.
Our services. The exact work, price and start date are set out in your proposal or agreement. If anything there differs from these terms, the agreement wins.
Free audits. Free audits carry no obligation to buy.
Fees and payment. Monthly services are paid upfront each month. One-off projects are paid 75% upfront and 25% on completion, before launch. Vpsytek is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. There are no hidden charges. Any extra work is agreed and priced with you first.
Monthly rolling, cancel any time. Monthly services have no minimum term. Cancel by emailing hello@vpsytek.com. Your service continues until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Payments already made are not refunded for part months.
What we need from you. Timely access to accounts, content, approvals and accurate information. Delays on your side may delay results.
Ownership. Once paid in full, the website, logo and content we create for you belong to you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Results and third parties. Google, eBay, Amazon and social platforms control their own rules and rankings. We work to improve your results but cannot guarantee specific rankings or sales.
Confidentiality. We keep your business information private and only use it to deliver our services.
Liability. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes. We may update these terms and will tell current clients before changes affect them.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
