Who we are. Vpsytek Ltd (“Vpsytek”, “we”) is registered in England and Wales, company number 16458582, registered office 28 Druridge Drive, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE5 3LD. We are the data controller for personal data collected through vpsytek.com. Contact: hello@vpsytek.com.

What we collect

• Details you give us in forms: name, business name, email, phone, website or store link, and your message
• Information needed to deliver our services to clients, such as account access and business details
• Website usage data through cookies, only where you allow it (see our Cookie Policy)

Why we use it

• To reply to enquiries and prepare free audits (legitimate interests, or steps before a contract)
• To deliver the services you’ve paid for (contract)
• To keep records for tax and accounting (legal obligation)
• To send occasional marketing emails, only if you agree (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Our hosting and email providers, Google (Analytics, where you consent), and our own delivery team in Khammam, India. We never sell your data.

Transfers outside the UK

Our team works from India. When your data is accessed there, we protect it with the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an equivalent approved safeguard.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and audit requests: up to 2 years. Client records: 6 years after our work ends, for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email hello@vpsytek.com. If you’re unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
